Princess Cruises gives Kusadasi a long day ashore with a published time on every call, almost always aboard one of two familiar ships.
The short answer
Princess ships dock alongside at Kusadasi's Ege Port, most often Enchanted Princess or Sun Princess. Over the next twelve months every published Princess call gives 9 to 11 hours ashore, typically 10, most arriving near 7 a.m. and sailing again between 4 and 7 p.m. That is enough for our full-day Road of Paul and John tour, with hours left over for lunch or a walk through town before you're back aboard.
Two ships carry almost every Princess call
Of the 25 Princess calls on the schedule we track, Enchanted Princess covers 12 and Sun Princess covers another 12. Island Princess appears once. Whichever of the two main ships you are on, the pattern at this port looks the same: a large, modern ship built for several thousand guests, one of the mainstream American brands within the Carnival Corporation family of cruise lines.
That size sets the day's rhythm more than the ship's name does. A morning this full off one ship looks and feels much like a morning off the other, and our plan for you does not change based on which of the two you happen to be sailing.
Princess publishes its times early, so we can plan to the hour
Nearly every Princess call we track already carries a published arrival and departure time, which is unusual generosity this far out. The most common pattern is a 7 a.m. arrival with a 4 p.m. departure, covering ten calls; several more run 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Across the full set, hours ashore run from 9 to 11, with 10 the middle figure.
Because we have the real number rather than a guess, we build your day against your actual call rather than a typical one. Send us the date once you have booked, and we check it against the full port schedule before we plan anything.

A day this long leaves room to spare
Ten hours ashore is more than our longest tour needs. The Road of Paul and John, our full look at Ephesus, the House of the Virgin Mary, the Basilica of St. John and the Temple of Artemis, runs 6 to 7 hours door to door, which leaves 3 or more hours free on a typical Princess day. Guests who would rather add the Terrace Houses instead of the Basilica and the House of Mary often choose Marble, Mosaics and Artemis, which runs a little shorter still.
Either way, a 9-to-11-hour call gives us space to add a proper lunch stop or slow the pace down, rather than watching the clock all day the way a shorter call sometimes requires.
What to tell us when you inquire
Send us your ship's name, sailing date and the arrival and all-aboard times from your cruise line's own schedule, along with your party size and anyone's mobility needs. Because Princess publishes its times so consistently, we can usually confirm a plan and a price quickly.
If you would rather build your own list of stops than take one of our set tours, our Your Ship, Your Day option starts from exactly that. Reach us through the inquiry form; nothing is paid in advance, and we reply within 24 hours.
